My collaboration with Johanna Gullichsen, the renowned Finnish textile designer, brings together the finest elements of both brands through the use of smaller end pieces of her exquisite upholstery fabric. Crafted into unique bags and backpacks, each piece embodies a contemporary style that celebrates the natural beauty and texture of the material. This project holds personal significance, as my longstanding friendship with Helsinki natives introduced me to the serene and thoughtful spirit of Finland during my younger years. With this collection, I aimed to honor the gentle, focused sensibility that defines Finnish design while creating functional, elegant accessories for everyday use.
