I spearheaded a major project for the esteemed Danish furniture brand BoConcept, taking on the role of a consultant to design an exclusive series of bags and accessories meticulously crafted from their past-season fabric samples. At just 21 years old, I led and managed a dedicated team of six, developing a streamlined system to efficiently sort, categorize, and break down the fabric samples for seamless production. Beyond the design and material organization, I also composed and launched a retail website specifically dedicated to showcasing and selling the unique merchandise. Additionally, I took charge of leading the outreach team, orchestrating efforts to generate awareness and attract meaningful attention to the project. This innovative initiative successfully combined sustainability with cutting-edge design, showcasing the tremendous potential of repurposed materials in creating a stylish, functional, and eco-conscious product line.
